GOBIERNO EXPIDE LA LEY 2155 DEL 14 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2021,\u00a0 DE INVERSION SOCIAL Y SE DICTAN OTRAS DISPOSICIONES<\/b><\/h2>\n

Aspectos Importantes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Aumenta Tarifa de impuesto de renta para las personas jur\u00eddicas Art 7, a partir del a\u00f1o 2022 al 35%.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ica como\u00a0<\/span>descuento tributario se mantiene en el 50% a partir del a\u00f1o 2.022.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Econom\u00eda naranja, renta exenta pasa de 7 a 5 a\u00f1os, eliminan monto m\u00ednimo de inversi\u00f3n 4.400 UVT, constituci\u00f3n e inicio de actividades 30 de junio de 2022, (antes 31 de diciembre de 2021).<\/li>\n
  4. Beneficio de auditoria se amplia hasta el a\u00f1o 2023.<\/li>\n
  5. 3 d\u00edas sin IVA, 28 de octubre, 19 de noviembre y 3 de diciembre, con cualquier medio de pago.<\/li>\n
  6. Reducci\u00f3n de sanciones e intereses para obligaciones a 30 de junio de 2021, pago o acuerdo de pago suscrito\u00a0 a 31 de diciembre de 2021.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  7. Reducci\u00f3n en multas de transito.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
